There are several reasons why I would recommend Helena’s business to other families. First of all, Helena and her staff are professional. They arrived on time every day for my father’s around the clock care. After developing a care plan, each individual followed it to the letter. Helena communicated with me every day and provided important information to determine future care for my father. Their reliable presence allowed me to continue to do my own job, take care of my family at home, and tend to the business needs of my father. Additionally, Helena and her crew were extremely focused and hard working. Every task appointed to them, including dishes, laundry and general cleaning was done right away and with attention to detail. Not only did they take excellent care of my father’s physical health, they also provided a comfortable and clean home for him to recuperate in without worry. Most importantly, all the members of Helena’s staff cared for the emotional needs of my father in the kindest of ways. They listened to his stories again and again without interrupting or appearing bored. They held his hand and prayed with him at meals. They smiled, laughed and were joyful around him, lifting his spirits and helping him through a very difficult time.
