Our purpose is to provide care and services to clients in their own homes. Most specifically the purpose of the position is to assist clients with their activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living.
PDX Elite Care Inc. is licensed by the State of Oregon, Oregon Health Authority, Health Care Regulation and Quality Improvement and is classified as a COMPREHENSIVE Agency. This means our agency provides personal care services that include medication reminding plus medication services and nursing services.
